Our exchange or refund policy lasts 7-days from the date of delivery for damaged product, and 14-days from date of delivery for defective products. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange of product beyond that time.
If you have received product that is damaged or defective please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within the allotted days of receiving the product to open a claim.
We reserve the right to deny claims if proper documentation is not provided or if we deem the product is not damaged or defective.
We are not responsible for stolen or damaged products once delivered.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective and it must be exchange for the same item. Exchanges are contingent on product availability.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
