Warranty and Limitations of Liability:
All warranties of Acorn International expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for purposes are specifically excluded except for the following:
Acorn International will replace any which, within 120 days after sale by Acorn International, is found by Acorn International to be defective in material or workmanship. This is the sole warranty of Acorn International and the sole remedy available to buyers.
Return Goods Policy:
A Return Authorization number (RA) must be issued by Acorn International before any product will be accepted for return. Returns without this number will be refused by Acorn International receiving department. Products must be current standard product and in a reusable condition. Returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned freight paid.
